TASAAR
We build and back the ventures that make both intelligent.
One thesis.
Every intelligent system — every AI model, every autonomous machine, every connected city — runs on two things: a network and an energy supply.
Tasaar builds ventures where the gap is large enough and our domain expertise sharp enough to build the product ourselves. We invest alongside teams where the right builder already exists.
Built on the inside
of both pillars.
An infrastructure holding company.
What Tasaar Is
Tasaar Holdings is the parent entity under which ventures are built and backed across the Networks and Energy domains. Each venture operates independently under its own brand. Each carries the label "A Tasaar Company".
Not a software product. Not a consultancy.
What Tasaar Is Not
Tasaar Holdings does not sell software. Its portfolio companies do. Tasaar does not provide consulting services. It provides capital, thesis conviction, and domain expertise to the ventures it builds and backs. The holding company is the architecture. The ventures are the execution.
The world runs on networks and energy. We build and back the ventures that make both intelligent.
Years inside the stack.
The Domain Edge
The founding thesis was built from years inside telecom core networks — AAA/DIAMETER, OSS/BSS, 5G architecture, and network operations. The same analytical rigour is being applied to energy markets. That insider depth is the informational advantage that neither a pure financial investor nor a generalist software builder can replicate.
Networks now. Energy next. Convergence always.
The Horizon
The two pillars are not a diversified portfolio. They are a single converging thesis about where critical infrastructure is going. AI data centres need network SLAs and power procurement simultaneously. Tasaar is the holding company positioned at that intersection.
Built under
the Tasaar banner.
Two pillars.
One thesis.
Infrastructure always wins. The company that owns the intelligence layer of both pillars owns the substrate of everything intelligent.
Every intelligent system — every AI model, every autonomous machine, every connected city — runs on two things: a network and an energy supply. These are not separate markets. They are the same thesis expressed in two domains.
Tasaar is a holding company. We build ventures where the gap is large enough and our domain expertise sharp enough to build the product ourselves. We invest alongside teams where the right builder already exists.
In Networks: years lived inside telecom core networks, AAA/DIAMETER systems, 5G architecture, and OSS/BSS operations gave us a map of every gap. Five ventures are in active development. Each carries a domain moat that no generalist competitor can replicate.
In Energy: the same infrastructure thesis applied to the second pillar. Energy software is a decade behind. We are entering early — products and investments — before the market catches up.
The convergence is the long game. AI data centres need both guaranteed network SLAs and clean power procurement. The holding company that understands both domains simultaneously is the one positioned to serve that convergence.
